Throttle steps 0-63, and some youth sentiment from Jaguar 64 (atari-the first 64 bit game console, very advanced for it's time and underestimated)

Nice!  I like it! I agree rcs64 is very advanced for its time.   Come on,  pace cars that pit and now racing events! There is no other RMS that can say that!  RCS64 is the best!
