many disfunction with V4

Hello,
I 'm french user, I'have used for some time v3 and then v4, with  PB 6 scalextric and smart-sensors.
but in the space of one session , many dysfunctions:
 unrecognized lap for  some cars during the race
Gasoline consumption displayed, but refull  not possible to the pitline for any car
power disconnect then reconnect the PB: cars work like ghost

then anymore connection PB to PC,
but PB whithout PC working properly (Windows

please help me

Try to reset to Factory settings for all the functions..

but what do I reset, PB 6 or rcs 64 ?

You need to reset RCS64, I might be that there is a conflict between old saved settings from version 3.

I've reset RCS
first it connected to power base, but cannot recognise cars
then again no connexion

idem after RCS updated to version 4.1.0.137

remind that all was OK for many month!

All sounds very strange it should work with all default settings.

What do you mean when you say cant recognize the cars?

I mean
the PB is connected , when I begin a race, no car move, but on the screen I see the réaction of the  throttle ( not easy to explain!)

Now, again,no connexion of the PB after a few minuts!

before all these mistake,no change either on PC or on PB:  my PC is not connected on net( no automatic update ),no other use , only rcs64, rj11 OK....

When you reset to factory settings did you checkon all the check boxes?

Can you put in some screenshuts off your mainpage car setup etc?

How is your controller tab, is your controllers enabled?

I watch this tab,after reset RCS 64,the colors and numbers of controllers no longer corresponded(N°1 is red, and green on PB), now I'm back to the starting point:

I have to run  longer, to see if my problems are resolved
.....and  the smart-sensor does not connect to RCS!!
