problem installing rcs64 + pitpro +arduino

i had problems with the arduino you now.

i keep testing and i found the problem for me.
i installed everything at a windows 7 home edition and than i had the problems.
i installed everything at a pc with windows vista and it works great no problems.
today i installed it with a pc with windows 7 professional and it works great.

something in my windows 7 home edition works not with the rcs64 +pitpro+arduino.
But i am glad that now everting works.
