Better fuel level warnings

It would be nice to have an extra audio warning for the fuel level below 10%. Also in the dashboard, when the fuel level is below 10% then the background colour of the field should go from yellow to red.

I agree. I think this goes along nicely with my previous request for better fuel indication.

We have discuss this in the other thread about using a gauge for representing the fuel level. But just changing colour to red when below 10% is a great improvement from where we are now.
