Random pit stop for Pacer car

As it is implemented right now, the pacer will pit exactly on the n-th lap as set in the Laps-to-pit value. So, if you are racing against a pacer then you can base you pit strategy knowing when the pacer is going to stop. It would make things more interesting if the pit stop would be selected randomly within the laps-to-pit value (similar to how the the skip every n-th lap is implemented).

On the dashboard of the pacer the lap-to-pit count down should be disable by default. To me showing it looks more like a debug information. However, whether to show it or not could be controlled by an option in the pacer car settings.
