track call when the leading already in finished

If the leader or the second've finished racing and a driver to track call actuated, the already finish driver must again riders across the finish line to finish race

I think I am having the same issue.  Auto track call is on, all drivers must finish the race, but when the first driver is done with the race and stops in the unatended pit lane, the track call comes on.
