Who did the code for the rain effect on the download web page?

No idea who did the programming for the rain effect. Maybe it was Roadkill, I will ask him.

Hi Chris99,

The heavy lifting was done with an excellent open source java script (js) plugin for html 5 files called ranyday.js.  If you are interested you can read more about it at http://maroslaw.github.io/rainyday.js/.

Once you figure out how it works you just add the parameters (number of raindrops, how big, etc.) and include the js file in your html file and away you go.

Cheers

Cheers. Looks like you don't even need to understand Java programming to use it. Will have a play around with it.

What would be really neat is if that same rain screen came up when the weather switched to 'wet' during a race.

:D yes, would be nice, at least a part of the screen, still important you can see the important values.
