RCS64 storing all the files in your application folder,
Its located in your user settings.
Mine is "C:\Users\mschmidt\AppData\Roaming\RCS64"
It all depend on your windows version and username.

find this folder and delete it Startup RCS64, then it reload everything.

Alright. I finally have it working again. I didn't get your last post Martin, but simply restored my computer to October 2nd, when it was working. Sounds seem to be functioning perfectly again. I don't know what happened there. I haven't done any updates or added programs even. It's all very weird.
