window10 not seeing com ports

had the lap top wiped clean of xp and windows 10 installed full . reinstalled rsc64 and Im not able to connect to the power base. this all worked before I have the computer cleaned up.  i had this problem before and I  was able to fix by going into the ports on xp and clicking on the correct port.but Im not able to find these in windows 10. need help thanks

all fixed I was able to get help and the fix on another forum. just needed to change the com port settings
