button don't work

 I have installed rsc64 on three different computers. One is Windows 7 Pro, one is Windows Vista Business, and lastly, Windows XP Pro. The buttons, ie: series event, program car id, pace car setup, etc, just go dark, when I click on them. I can'r get the software to work. I tried turning off the anti virus, Kerpersky, Avast, but no luck. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled, no luck. Help

Have you typed in the reg key and E-mail adress correct, and updated the powerbase firmware?

 Yes. The box says non free version. Yes the screen says v109, if I plug in the oiginal smal screen The sofware reconizes the pb, as the connected light glows green, and announces race control sysem 64.

Can you load defaults or maybe make a screen dump of your main page?

I am sure its a settings that is set wrong.

 how do you delete rcs64, and its folders, completly from my computer?

RCS64 use the user aplication folder for all the settings. under Roaming you can find a RCS64 folder, try to delete this folder when RCS64 is closed.

Then when RCS64 startup it generate default data.

The problem ended up being different racetracks programmed for pace cars, I think. I reset defaults, and reprogrammed, and alls fine. Thanks
