keyboard quick keys for race officials

Is there a published list of what the all the keys strokes do on the key board do during a race, for the race official?  I asked because I just realized that the number keys will assign stop and goes penalty to the corresponding car.

You could check out the manual for the previous version. As far as I know there are no big changes in this regard.
