How to control the refuel time?

Hi guys, lovely software you´ve got here!
But I wonder how to control the refuel time. Say I set tank size to 1000 on my cars, and Burn rate to 10. This gives me about 35 laps on a full tank with my GT40:s, which is about what I want. Now, say I want to set the refuel time to 5 sec. I realize there is this "Refuel Speed (0-200)" setting. But although a lot of experimenting, I dont understand how to translate this into real seconds. What does the equation look like?

Sorry but you have to try.
My sugestion is you try only fuel burn to 1 and max thank size to 500. then play around with the refuel time. Mybe you can try looking on the ISC race on slot forum, here is a good setup for a race.
